Oliver Kronat is Partner and Head of Global Financial Markets, Germany. He advises on German and international structured finance transactions, portfolio trades and alternative investments. His experience includes the securitisation of trade, consumer, leasing and loan receivables and the structuring of ABCP Conduit Programmes. He also advises on the restructuring of securitisation and other structured finance transactions as well as on securitisations by insolvent companies. He advises insurance companies and funds in tailor-made alternative investments, i.e. in loans, debt and infrastructure funds.

Prashant R. Babu, CFA. 


Prashant is a Senior Adviser in the Bank of England’s Financial Stability area, where he develops quantitative models and analytical frameworks to assess banks’ capital, funding, and balance sheet resilience under stress. His work focuses on financial institutions, with particular expertise in risk assessment, credit risk transfer, and the interaction between regulation, market structure, and bank behaviour.

Prior to joining the Bank, Prashant worked in financial institutions advisory and M&A at J.P. Morgan and PwC, where he developed experience in transaction modelling, due diligence, and restructuring.

Prashant is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree from Yale.

Harry Noutsos

PCS

Harry Noutsos started working in securitisation in 2000 where, after working in research and structuring at CSFB, he took on responsibilities for modelling and structuring at Bank of America and Santander before taking the position Global Head of ABS for ING.

Costas Stephanou

Senior Adviser, Financial Stability, BIS

Costas Stephanou is a Senior Adviser on Financial Stability at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). He joined the BIS in mid-2025 from the Financial Stability Board (FSB), where he led the Financial Stability Analysis unit. In that role, he oversaw the FSB's work to assess vulnerabilities in the global financial system, including with respect to non-bank financial intermediation, technological innovation and climate change. He was also responsible until mid-2024 for the FSB's work to monitor the implementation of G20 financial reforms and evaluate their effects. Prior to that, Costas worked as a Senior Financial Economist at the World Bank, a risk management consultant and in risk management and strategy for a commercial bank. He holds degrees in economics and public policy from the universities of Cambridge and Harvard, respectively.

Boudewijn Dierick

Boudewijn Dierick, Managing Director and country executive of auxmoney Investments, is leading the local team. He joined from BNP Paribas, where he was head of ABS markets in the Securitised Products Group based out of London. Before BNPP, Boudewijn was a director in the Securitisation team at UBS which he joined after working at Moody’s in Paris and at ING in Amsterdam, where he started his career. He is Chairman of the European Covered Bond Council (ECBC).

Heike Hoehl

Director, ABS Syndicate, ING

Heike leads the ABS Syndicate team at ING. She brings over 30 years of experience in fixed income markets, including 15 years on the syndicate desk of Santander, specialising in funding and SRT ABS transactions. Her expertise spans the placement of public and private multi‑tranche and full‑capital‑stack ABS deals—both cash and synthetic—across multiple currencies, jurisdictions, and asset classes, including RMBS, Consumer Loans, Auto Finance, Credit Cards, SMEs, Large Corporates and Leveraged Loans.

David Tuchenhagen

Director, ING

David Tuchenhagen is a Director at ING in Frankfurt, where he leads the German Asset Securitisation team. He brings more than 15 years of structured finance experience spanning arranging, investing and credit ratings. Prior to joining ING in 2021, he was a Director and Lead Analyst at S&P Global Ratings, specialising in ABS transactions across the DACH region and Europe, and earlier worked as an ABS investment and fixed income analyst at Landesbank Berlin.

Bernhard Zahel

Portfolio Manager, DWS Group

Bernhard Zahel is a senior portfolio manager for structured finance in the private credit division of DWS. He joined the company in 2004 as a portfolio manager, analyst and trader for European structured finance (ABS, MBS and CLOs) with three years of industry experience. Prior to his current role, Bernhard served as a portfolio manager for several fixed income asset classes including covered, corporate and government bonds. In 2014/2015 he had been delegated to advise the European Central Bank within the ABS purchase program. Before joining DWS, he worked as a credit risk analyst for small and medium sized corporate clients in the workout department at Deutsche Bank AG.

Giulia Bizzo

Supervisor, ECB

Giulia is a Principal Supervisor in the ECB’s Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM), where she has worked since 2018 across several Joint Supervisory Teams (JSTs) and as a member of the Securitisation Expert Group.


In her capacity, she contributes to horizontal work on securitisations and supports JSTs with significant risk transfer assessments for complex and innovative transactions, helping to promote consistent supervisory practices.


She has extensive expertise in securitisations, including non‑performing loans deals, and was part of the ECB team that designed, in cooperation with the European Banking Federation, the recently launched new fast‑track procedures for SRT assessments.

Huy Nguyen

Huy has more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and private debt with a focus on leveraged finance, direct lending and M&A.


As Head of Private Debt at Teylor Capital, he is mainly responsible for direct investments, deal structuring, portfolio management, and fundraising. Previously, Huy was at Deutsche Bank, where he focused inter alia on leveraged buyouts, refinancing, and dividend recapitalisation transactions in the DACH market. Prior to that, Huy spent his time in the investment banking departments at various financial institutions covering financial sponsor deals and M&A situations. 


Huy holds a CEMS Masters and Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and UCD Smurfit Business School. He is based in Zurich and fluent in English, German, and Vietnamese.
